This 30 minute max/can do anywhere at home workout is a great one if you’re on vacation, traveling, have a kid taking a nap and can’t make it to the gym and want to spend a few minutes getting your heart rate up. The best part – NO equipment!

Pros: Not a lot of space needed, done in under 30 minutes, requires NO equipment!

Cons: My triceps are always sore for 2 days. 🙂
