This quick burn at home workout was one I came up with in my apartment during quarantine. I throw this one into my mix when I’m feeling sluggish with no other way of working out! Gets your heart rate up, and targets multiple muscle groups. BOOM.
Pros: Not a lot of space needed, done in under 30 minutes, requires NO equipment!
Cons: My triceps are always sore for 2 days. 🙂
